Definitions of Terms

“Business Owner” means the registered user or member who owns or created the Business Listing. 

“Guest” means a non-registered user or member who requests a booking of a service or product via any of the Sites.

“Price Plans” means the list of current prices and the pricing structure per day applicable to each Business Listing payable by the Business Owner. 

“Listing Title ” means the name of the Business Listing that is being formed and registered on the Sites by the Business Owner.

“Tagline” means a slogan or eye-catching phrase used to advertise the services or products of a Business Listing.

“Full Address (Geolocation)” means the actual address of the physical location of a Business Listing.

“Website” means a set of web pages under a single domain that belongs to a Business Listing.

“FAQ” means the list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) often used to know more about the services or products of a Business Listing.

Account Registration for a Personal Business Listing

You can register an account through your social media accounts, such as “Facebook” or “Google” accounts (“SNS Account”).

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for each registration page to register for an account.  Please provide a valid or active email address and mobile phone number during registration as Camerbizportal requires your email to be verified via email activation link sent through email to the registered email.

You may be able to access and/or use part of the Sites or Services without registration.  However, you must register an account and become a Member to create a Business Listing.

Account Registration for an Organisation’s Business Listing

If you are registering an account for a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally bind that entity and grant the Camerbizportal all requisite permissions and licenses provided in these Terms of Service.

Camerbizportal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or your access to the Sites and/or Services if you create more than one (1) account, or if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, fraudulent, not current or incomplete. 

Password Protection

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You shall immediately notify the Camerbizportal of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting or through our support center at  +237 678 05 50 91.

Creating Business Listings

Once registered, you may create Listings. To create a Listing, you will be asked a variety of questions about the business to be listed, including, but not limited to, business name, the location, the business featured images, the business logo, and the product or service price range of the business listing. To be featured in the Listings via the Sites and Services, business listings must have a valid physical address. Listings will be made publicly available via the Sites and Services. A Guest will be able to book your services or product via the Sites and Services based upon the information provided in your Listing. You understand and agree that once a Guest requests a booking of your services or product, you are not allowed to charge a higher price than in the booking request.

Business Owner shall create Listings that are honest, clear, and helpful to potential Guests. Camerbizportal will not tolerate:

Content that endorses or promotes illegal or harmful activity or violence, or is profane, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or discriminatory.

  • Political, religious, or social commentary.
  • Attempts to impersonate another person.
  • Content that is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive.
  • Content that violates another or entity’s rights, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

Business Listings & Passwords

You acknowledge and agree that you shall be fully responsible for any Listings that you posted/uploaded onto the Site. Camerbizportal reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any Listing for any reason, including Listings that Camerbizportal, in its sole discretion, considers being objectionable for any reason, in violation of these Terms of Service.

When you create a Listing, you may also choose to include certain requirements which must be met by the Guest who may be interested to request a booking of your service or product, such as requiring the Guest to have an active phone number, to book your services or product. Guest must meet these requirements to book your services or product. 

Business Listings & Insurance

Camerbizportal recommends the Business Owners obtain appropriate insurance(if applicable) for their Business Listing. Please review any insurance policy that you may have for your business carefully, and in particular please make sure that you are familiar with and understand any exclusions to, and any deductibles that may apply for, such insurance policy, including, but not limited to, whether or not your insurance policy will cover the damages that may occur during the transportation of goods or services to Guests.

Bookings and Payments between Business Owners & Guests

No payment should be sanction without the Guests confirming the physical validity of the products or services.



Breaching the Terms and Use

Any breach of the Terms of Use will automatically lead to a suspension of your access to our website by blocking your IP address or using other lawful means to block you from accessing our website.

Future Changes to Terms and Conditions
